2. Terms And Conditions For Recruiters
2.1 CvsBank.com is an Internet based CV Distribution service that promotes job seekers to recruiters. CvsBank.com does not act as a recruitment agency and does not take fees specifically for the placement of Candidates into jobs.
2.2 The CvsBank.com CV sourcing service is free of charge provided you are a recruitment company, employment agency, head hunter or search and selection firm registered with companies house to provide recruitment services .
2.3 In order to register on CVsBank.com as a recruiter you must use a company email address.
2.4 You will only contact CVsBank.com Candidates for legitimate career opportunities and vacancies and will not use or share any information associated with the Candidate for any other purpose without first seeking consent from the Candidate.
2.5 When handling personal information of Candidates received from CVsBank.com you agree to fully follow the guidelines and principles laid down by the current Data Protection Act.
2.6 CVsBank.com reserves the right to terminate any recruiter account for any reason whatsoever, without any liability to the recruiter.
2.7 CVsBank.com may make changes or withdraw any of the service offerings at anytime and without any notice.
2.8 All information made available from within the website is provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied on the part of CVsBank.com. CVsBank.com excludes all liability it may have to you to the fullest extent permitted by law (and whether such liability arises in contract, tort or otherwise) as a result of your use of the website.
2.9 You agree that through your use of CVsBank.com website you agree to abide by UK laws.
3. Candidate Terms And Conditions
3.1 Some Recruitment Agencies require CVs in a specific format, CVsBank.com may need to reformat the presentation of your CV so that it becomes appropriate to the requirements of the Recruitment Agencies.
3.2 CVsBank.com is registered with the UK Data Protection Registrar and will endeavour to keep all your personal information secure and according to the guidelines provided by the current Data Protection Act, but unfortunately due to the internets unreliability CVsBank.com will not accept responsibility if your personal information is accessed illegally before it reaches its final destination.
3.3 The Money Back Guarantee only applies and is limited to Candidates who have purchased the CV Distribution service at CvsBank.com. Candidates must notify us by email within 14 days of the date of receipt of the CV Distribution in order to be eligible. The Money Back Guarantee offer is limited to one refund per Candidate, irrespective of the number of CV Distributions, accounts or email addresses etc created on CvsBank.com by that same Candidate. The terms of the Money Back Guarantee are subject to change and possible withdrawal. But in that event we will abide by the terms as stated here at the time the service was used.
