How Does CVs Bank Work?
CVs Bank gives your job search a giant leap forward by making sure the recruitment agents know that you exist - agents who every day are helping candidates get their ideal job!
To use the CV Distribute service you simply need to indicate your professional skills and experience, we then compare your profile against our huge database of recruitment consultants to bring up the number of agents who place people in just the type of roles that you are after. Your uploaded CV will then be instantly distributed via email to all of the agents.

Will my current employer find out that I am looking for a job?
CVs Bank is a service exclusively for independent recruitment consultants. We check that recruiters applying to use our service are not employers. But there is always a chance that your current employer might find out that you are speaking to recruitment agents.
Why shouldn't you? You are never going to find out what is available and how much you are worth unless you speak to the recruitment specialists!
A recruitment agent should always ask your permission before sending out your CV to any of the employers they are recruiting for.
